Purchased this machine three years back. Once you get used to using this type of machine, the coffee is excellent, but slow, I have usually drank my cup by the time my husband has made his. We have the copper/brass one which is the most expensive and it looks dreadful, very tarnished and tatty in just over a year, purely caused by wear and tear dips, not using abrasive cleaners. The matching grinder is also not a great match, so all in all disappointed and wished we had purchased the stainless steel model.
