nightmare machine
This is the worst machine I have ever owned, the engineer came out to fix the dryer and as soon as he left the dryer was not working again, I now have error codes and the wash cycle will not go over to rinse, it has flooded the kitchen on numerous occasions and although the inner rubber was changed when the engineer last repaired it, it has gone mouldy again and the machine stinks. The Hotpoint after service is appalling.

I think i bought a reject machine
from day one it was very noisy engineer came and had a look and phoned HQ about it they were both in doubt what was wrong and decided to replace the drum assembly abit quieter but doesnt rinse all of the suds out and when it starts to spin out you end up with even more suds yes it is definately a reject
