Hotpoint FFA91 Fridge Freezer

I have had my Hotpoint Fridge Freezer for 2 and a half years. Afer two months, one of the freezer drawers snapped. After 6 months a large crack appeared inside the door behind the dairy trays. Today I put my milk in the milk compartment on the door and the whole compartment fell off, breaking the tray and leaving a hole in the door. I feel that the internal door panels and drawers are not made of a strong enough plastic.
