Recommended for those with strong hands
If you believe in the power of steam cleaning, this model is a good value product, with a variety of attatchments such as window cleaner, nozzells, brush, and extensions.
The model features a trigger to release steam, and no steam emits until the trigger is squeezed. However, you have to keep the trigger depressed all the time you are using the machine, better for safety purposes, but the trigger is very stiff, and no easy task while attempting to move the unit to clean with. Unless you have strong hands you will find using this a little painful. The trigger lock facility helps a lot, but still requires strong pressure to engage the lock.
The small brush attatchments quickly become mangled though, because they are very stiff. However, cleaning performence is not affected too much by this, but beware if you are cleaning something you don''t want scratched!
The steam does not realase with a powerful jet but a steady pressure, which proves effective for cleaning purposes, and is not noisy to use unlike some steam cleaners. No water escapes during use, and steam is realesed for 25 minutes, with gradual loss of power towards the end.
I find steam cleaning effective and without the use of chemical substances, some of which can be as dangerous as the dirt you are tyring to eradicate!
It can eradicate of long standing stains on carpets ect, and if you need to de-frost a fridge freezer, it makes that job much quicker.
