Panasonic MCE4011 Bagless Upright

Incredible to imagine that being presumably of Japanese design that this machine is a total lemon. As other unfortunate owners have written on other websites, this is a complete fraud as a "bagless" cleaner as there is, instead of bag changing inconvenience the greater and completely unacceptable inconvenience of a (very expensive and cumbersome) multi filter system. This is exascerbated by a thermal cut out which where the filters become even slightly loaded renders the cleaner inoperable. Where is the accountability for these manufacturers - b et they won''t be emailing me offering to refund the cost of this utterly useless machine
