not de-icing correctly

The freezer side started to ice up, had it repaired twice but still a problem water leaks from underneath and i have to keep emptying freezer section to clear the ice ,another family member with the same fridge has this problem. the fridge freezer worked perfectly for the first two years but i am disappointed with it .i loved the look of this fridge freezer inside and out but that''s no good if it doesn''t work properly.

the power to my fridge freezer has been switched off due to work at home. it now refuses to come back on, 1 light flashes but nothing else
