disappointment !!!
Broke after 3.5 year. Tried to have it repaired - waste of time. LG customer service offered an insurance and directed me to a company supposed to fix it. Engineer came after 2 weeks, did not even open it, but suggested the circuit board is broken and he needed technical info from LG to proceed. After 3 days came back to inform that could not get the information required from LG and passed it on to another company. I had to make a few phone calls (they ask you to call another number even if it''s within the same company and you have to go through "identification" again and again) just to end up learning that they do not know what''s wrong and would have to send an engineer to find out and so on ... It took a month and I gave up eventually.
