I have had three of these ovens delivered by a online company and the first two came with cracked glass. At first I thought it was just a incompetant company just not handling the product correctly. On the third oven the product was checked over by the delivery drivers and it was perfect. However on installation my fitter pushed the oven back it to place and the handle went straght through and cracked the glass. I was amazed that a quality company like siemens could create a oven that has a handle that is connected to nothing more than glass and some silly plastic holders. I have now purchased a smeg oven and I have to say its been great the handle is connected to steel and has a real solid feel about it. SORRY SIEMENS BUT THIS OVEN IS RUBBISH, AND THATS BEING POLITE!!!
