Suction power quickly reduces and there is no way to fix it again. Doesn''t work well on carpet. This is a purchase was made for "style" sake and after falling for good marketing. As a vacuum, it is just no good and it is completely overpriced. The most convincing part of the sales pitch to me was that it would never lose its suction power. Wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. Spits up dust while you work, the brush heads jam up easily and with the low suction power they don''t want to turn anyway. Have to use the turbo head instead of the full size one, as it works better with the limited vacuum power. Keep away from this one - I guess it may just be the model but for me I''ll avoid the Dyson make from now on.
