If you want a compact, durable, good looking cooker this is the one for you, I have had mine from when they were first on the market & have had no problems with it. Yes you could say the the oven is small but that is what you are buying in a 500, its not the Tardis. The grill does have a poor low heat but if you use your common sense & dont put the grill tray guides, just leave it on the base & you will have your low heat. The durability of the cooker when cleaning is outstanding as when cleaned my cooker looks as new even after all these years. (To all those who dont know like anything you do have to maintain things like this for them to last. Nothing has ever broken or failed so I give it top marks for its looks, safety, easy use & toughness.
