Had this Indesit WD12 for 18 months now - no problems at all (apart from occasional failure to stop at end of dry cycle; Mains spikes maybe?). When bought new, we paid for the extended warranty (5years) as it was going to be heavily used - so far it has not been needed - the last machine (Hoover Washer dryer - failed twice within 12 month warranty period then the drum failed (£130!)at 15months - so we scrapped it) So comparatively - this is great.
