Great priced integrated machine, which is whhat attracted me to it. The filter iis behind the kick board on your standard fitted kitchen. Baumatic refuse to believe this is a design fault and will tell yu to get some hinges and build a door to get to the filter which they recommend you clean every 20 washes. They will tell you that all integrated machines have this problem - Zanussi, Bosch, Electrolux, AEG don''t by the way as I''ve had them. Had mine three weeks, spent 1.5 hours on ''phone to them already and their customer service is draconian to say the very least. It doesn''t drain a full load on a 1200 spin, yu have to seperate the final wash ( get a bucket here) into two and ten spin each half again. Baumatic''s technical team will tell yu it''s not been installed properly - my fitter fits top end kitchens for a living and has done for 20 years. He also could not believe that they would design a filter where you can''t get to it. I''ll be claiming my money back from my credit card. If you don''t believe this review then at the very least put it on your credit card so that you get the option to get your money back easily. All in all I wish I could rewind 3 weeks. Also no 30 degree option and no half load facility. Hope this helps.
