bought this whirlpool washing machine on may 3rd- by 18th may the door (glass front included) had come flying off during a spin cycle and flooded my kitchen!!!! that was the first of a long string of events. When the service engineer called to fix door, he couldn't get the right part so I was left until 28 september with a bodge job and no plastic door cover (he ordered 7 different door handles which were incorrect). It ripped clothes so the door seal was replaced, it fused the whole house and gave me electric shocks!! and now I am having to wait for a replacement heater. Whirlpool customer care is a joke they get quite arsey when I say I want my machine replaced. they say that it has to economically viable for them before they will replace the machine..... 9 visits from engineers(and still not working); lots of spare parts; me having to cancel clients, lose money and wait in all day. when is it going to be economically viable????? never I think... dont buy... absolutely horrendous
