Not fit for purpose

I had this bought for me as a birthday present in December, and I''m very disappointed with it for the follwong reasons: 1. Although it sounds good when playing music, its really muffled with voices. I''ve had to turn the treble to max to make it clearer 2. The clock keeps changing time. It should auto-sync to the RDS signal, but often it jumps 10-30 minutes backwards. It normally re-syncs within a few minutes, but it has also been several hours. 3. When both alarms are set, it sometimes gets confused and turns the buzzer on rather than the radio 4. You can''t set the volume of the radio when its used as an alarm. When it turns on, it gradually gets louder until it reaches level 12. This is way to loud for first thing in the morning. I always have to grope aroound for the remote to turn it down to 6 or 7. 5. You can''t set how long the alarm stays on for. The radio always turns off after an hour. I''ve been in contact with Roberts to see if there is a software patch to fix some of these issues, but there has been no reply. For £150 I expected a better product, and better service. Next time i will check reviews.co.uk.
