samsung 42" Plasma TV
It''s been 3weeks since Tescos Electrical Helpline arranged for this faulty tv TO BE REPAIRED. ... This is unaccetable Tesco Electrical Helpline is not very helpful, I was told it would be returned within 5-7 working days by the repair person, then told by the the electrical helpline that it would only be 3days. im still waiting they have now said they have 28days to leave me without my luxury item, with no replacement temporarlily. I will be making as many people aware of this as possible, because they are in breach of the contract. Along with a very strong letter to Head Office and my local Gazzette, oh and FB. very very dissapointed in Tesco Electrical
