For the past 20yrs Iv been using Defy front loader, however, I switched to the Whirlpool toploader and have endless problems with fluff, this is something that I NEVER had with the defy frontloader. I sort my washing, so towels and anything woolie is never in the same load. Iv tried doing the dark loads first, to no avail, Iv tried putting the machine on rinse with nothing in it to try and alleviate the problem, it seems it is just ongoing. I really dont want to sell, but if this continues then I have no other option... please help.
