Sony Hdr HC7E Camcorder

Well its another hdv format camera. If you're thinking of buying any hdv you should see the results first. mpeg2 pictures at only 15 mbits is not going to be good at high def. mp3 audio at any bit rate is not going to be great for starters. How do you edit it what software will come with it, I bet it will be a limited package that you cant use the full functions on. For the money you would be better off getting a panasonic 3 chip dv camcorder nvgs 320 nvgs 500. Forget about avchd camcorders they will use a low bit rate that will be 15 or lower. I can't see the point of hidef camcorders at the mo until they start at 25 bitrate which is what standard def dv camcorders use.
