I bought the SMEG 614 SS for its looks and the reputation associated with this brand. The machine worked OK for a couple of years and then indicated a fault on the digital display and would not cycle. I went through the trouble shooting guide but it still refused to go. The SMEG recommended engineer was called got it working but fitted no new parts cost £69. Same Fault reoccured one year later, same engineering service fitted the failed part £69... Read more.
