During the warranty period same problem as many of you. Only sound without image. Repair service solved that problem and made an firmaware upgrade because some channels were not available. So, there were 2 different problems.
Some time later (out of warranty period) the TV lost all the memorized channels. Message showed on screen is "database empty" without possibility to setup the TV again.
