Warranty | Ask A Question About - Samsung Yp U1 1GB | frank 30th November Please i have the above product that is having a problem of loading. It can not load up to 100percent when it is load.
It only stop at 40 percent each time i want to on it. replymark 30th May i have this problem time and again. even though it should allow music files to be transfered in explorer it doesnt like it! sometimes it works, sometimes not. multiple or large transfers and deletions are more likely to fail. You have a choice- use the supplied software (so like a sony player)or find an alternative.
to fix the player u will need to download the firmware updater from samsung site and run it to detect and reboot the player. u will need patience as this doesn't always work after the player is no longer functioning properly.
