I have a sagem HDD45f model and do not hold a remote. Can anyone let me know how to get hold of a remote for this tv or even get it to work with the sky+ remote, as the codes dont seem to work

I've changed the lamp but after about 1/2 hour of watching the temp light comes back on and i lost the picture. Could something else apart from the lamp be causing this?
