Other Info | Ask A Question About - Philips DVDR3300H Dvd Recorder | Brian 26th April First unit did not have a door on the DVD drive and lost audio output. Replacement suffered same audio problem, was unstable (not always switching off the blue hard drive lamp), and has now failed completely after less than three months use. Although quality of output is good when it works properly, the instability and single press for each character when editing is more than frustrating. Even with quality output it is difficult to recommend this product in view of the problems experienced. Shame. replywinston 8th June I have made a number of recordings on dvd+r discs from hq, lp, sp recordings on hdd but have been unsuccessful in producing play back on other dvd players, my pc or laptop.
