i have been looking on the market now and have found this plasma tv, Panasonic TH-42PX600B-CAB going for £1258.50 on http://www.soundandvisiononline.com/moreinfo/index.asp?product_id=10800.... this is by far the cheapest i have seen it.

Got one from empire direct with 3yr.warranty on registering for a card costing £20.with delivery cost £1299.
