Leisure RM10FRS Range Cooker

I purchased a HJA5100 cooker through Howdens Joinery in Sept. Last night the glass door on the fan oven exploded outwards into the kitchen. I have been given telephone numbers to contact after 30 mins on the phone I spoke to Christine 08456004911 who said they had now been given an authority code so they could look at the cooker Auth. code ref 814615 and she has arranged for John the senior engineer to visit to-morrow. Christine was very helpful. However I am not happy this could have cut my grandaughters face as far as I am concerned this product is not fit for the purpose it was made for and I am seriously worried about using the other oven as it too has a glass door. I feel this cooker has a design problem and would ask that it be replace with another cooker of similar spec. e.g. Rangemaster Elan or similar.
