this cooker is completely unsuitable if you have children - I had this delivered two days ago and upon installation was told there was an additional hot plate to slide in under the controls of the cooker in order o prevent them getting hot from the grill.This plate sticks out quite a bit and there is a warning not to touch it for some time after use because its so hot. This is to protect the controls from the heat from the grilll - even if its on for a few minutes the front outside of the cooker is so hot it would burn you. A Complete safety risk and I am trying to now get a full refund because I am so concern over this product
