Our previous cooker was put in by a cowboy builder so we thought we''d treat ourselves to something a bit more substantial. All in all, this cooker has been a bit of a disappointment. The top oven takes so long to heat up (around 45 minutes) that it is really useless. this cooker is completely unsuitable if you have children - i had this delivered two days ago and upon installation was told there was an additional hot plate to slide in under the controls of the cooker in order o prevent them getting hot from the grill.this plate sticks out quite a bit and there is a warning not to touch it for some time after use because its so hot. this is to protect the controls from the heat from the grilll - even if its on for a few minutes the front outside of the cooker is so hot it would burn you. a complete safety risk and i am trying to now get a full refund because i am so concern over this product
