I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS BACK CARRIER, IF IM HONEST I BOUGHT IT FOR ITS LOOKS ORIGINALLY BUT I KNEW CHICCO WERE GOOD FROM PAST EXPERIENCE! (ON BABY #3 NOW) IT HAS LOVELY PADDED STRAPS BUT COULD DO WITH PADDING ROUND PLASTIC BIT AT BOTTOM THAT SITS ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR BACK. ITS DEFINATELY NOT UNCOMFORTBLE THOUGH!
