I'd like to inquire about the following: Is the Canon dm XM2 that's distributed as GL2 in the US are the same?
I ask it because a friend of mine intends to buy one in the states where the recording system prefers NTSC sytem as far as I know - but he intends to use it in Europe where we use PAL system.
I know it makes a difference. Does it mean that the camcorders bought overseas are non-usable in the E.U. or there is a way to switch them to PAL sytem?
