I have this product but found today that my digital reception has gone and i only have analogue and no way of restarting my first installation can anyone help me get back to the first installation process.

Stuart - I had the same problem with this model - i took it back to the store for a refund then brought a Beko 28C7231DW from Tesco for £199.97 which apart from slight deferance to front panel is exactly the same model/same instuctions etc - it does'nt tell you how to get back to digital but tesco provide a help line number 0845 601 2549 which might help you out - quote the model & model number.

Had this tv for about 18 months screen has gone fun colours. Something to do with degaussing. Can any body advise or suggest a source of data for this tv.

My friend gave me this tv a few days ago without an instruction booklet. Can someone please tell me how to tune in my sky, dvd and video so it will play. At the mo Im just getting a very snowy picture
