just brought this pile off junk. recorded 1 programme an the things swallowed my disc an refuses to eject. all other functions have froze including the remote. avoid if possible

bought this dvr3003 from bush as a xmas present ,did not work from the moment it was taken out of box ,remote useless ,great idea as a door stop

I bought this dvd used it for barely a year, it now frizzes, atimes cd door ejects by itself, power goes to standby when watching movies. how can i solve the problem
