Sony Launches Video Download Service For PS3
Sony announced on Thursday that it is to begin a video download service using the PlayStation 3.

Sony have finally announced one of the worst kept secrets in the tech world - that they will be releasing film downloads onto theirPlayStation 3. A full 2 years after Microsoft started film downloads in the U.S.
The announcement came from company president Kazu Hirai, who is the head of Sony's video game unit. Hirai said the service will be offered to start with only in the US but then will be rolled out to Japan and Europe at later dates.
