Controls sturdy and easy to understand. Purchase price favourable to comparitable machines of which few top loaders can be found. Laundry times decreased since purchasing this machine in Oct 2005. In daily use since purchase with only minor faults experienced (missing screw fixing on casing, one overfill possibly caused by dirt in the inlet filter ) No dislikes
