I bought this as a replacement for another ''cheap'' DVD Player, and this is anything but a ''cheap'' replacement. Good build quality and easy to use controls makes it straightforward and simple to use. Its not a high tech DVD Player, although it has a range of capabilities such as CD and DVD multiregion playback. Image quality is excellent and the tools such as subtitles and directors commentary etc are very easy to access. I have used it almost constantly since purchase, trying to catch up with some TV shows recorded elsewhere, and some of the latest movie releases. No real niggles at all, it does what it says on the box, its a DVD Player and thats exactly what it does rather well for the price.
