A fantastic, sleek-looking lightweight LCD unit with a clear, crisp picture. Set-up was quick and easy. Purchased online from PRC Direct - customer service was great and the TV was received swiftly. Only acquired it recently so I am unable to comment on reliability/durability etc but am really impressed so far. An ideal TV for a bedroom or kitchen.

Just had my 20WL56 delivered this morning, so can't comment on reliability but the set up was very easy and the picture quality is absolutely superb.
It's a step change improvement over my previous LCD TV - the depth of colour, the sharpness of the picture and the overall colour quality are absolutely brilliant - best I've ever seen on an LCD TV.
