I bought this product thinking I was getting one of the best - a big name and a near top of the range model. But what a disappointment. Fine when it works but shortly after the guarantee expired so did the steam. It''s performance has been very erratic and now it''s literally run out of steam. Am about to buy a new one - but it wont be Tefal
