Sony Vgn NR21J/S.CEK

I bought my Sony VGN-NR21/J/S 4 months ago. Whilst I am fairly competent with IT I am no computer boff and therefore read reviews, joined Which etc beforehand and this seemd to get lots of ticks in lots of boxes. 3 months in it has already been back to Sony as the harddrive was bust. It took several calls to their "helpdesk" and a fair amount of patronisation from their end before they would accept that the fault was with the sony and not the printer. 2 weeks later I get it back-with a complimentary cleaning cloth which is probably now it''s most valuable asset. It was returned not set up to accept internet. more calls. I now have problems emailing, a faulty "door" on the DVD drive and it continues to skip pages back on forward when I am on the net even when I am not touching the mouse. It is slow to connect and frequently loses connection.
