i have been longing for this FE31H for months which the replacement of 28H, and eventually when i got it, it wasnt as good as i thought, i couldnt shut it down or restart it at all brought it bk got another new one, the same prob. i was so sad and the time i spent waiting for it was not worthwhile, i brought it to a repair centre and i was told that its the design problem between the build in camera and the hard drive it conflicts with each other thats why it coulnt shut down and thats why the price with new version is so low
