Sony Rdr HX910 Hdd Recorder

I''ve only had this DVD recorder for a week, but I am more than happy with what I have chosen. Operation and set up could not be easier, very intuitive. The only thing I had to check in the manual was how to get my satelite box towork, and that was simply a selection choice. Things like cutting out ads etc were no problem, again there was no need for the manual. The machine is very quiet, has a very quick start-up time and so far has played and recorded on everything I''ve put in there.........as described in product info. Picture quality is excellent on playback, true colours and no deterioration. If you''re thinking about this model, stop thinking and buy it! Sony has a great name in electronics and this does not let the side down!

Watch out !! Pixmania looks too good to be true. It is a French company and their machines do not have freeview as do the UK versions. Otherwise its a great machine
