The hob is absolutely gorgeous, the styling is perfect, the materials are great but... When you cook, you have to clean it up IMMEDIATELY after using it, or the burnt oils and stuff blacken the stainless steel which can then only be cleaned by using a strong kitchen sponge which destroys the stainless steel polish and matifies it, and will never be shiny again. My advice is that it´s a great buy, the hobs are very effective and economical, but needs a lot of attention to keep it beautiful. You can also cover the rest of the hobs you are not using with a towel when frying or cooking stuff that bubbles over the pans (like pasta) so that you save some cleaning time. Oils, salty water, starch leave stains that get burnt and blacken with time.
