Sharp Lc 37P50E Lcd Tv

we bought our sharp aquos, 20 months ago (Jan 2006).. it switched it''''''''s self off and wouldn''''''''t come on again, that''''''''s when it was only 2 months old, it was sent back to sharp for repair and when we got it back we noticed the PC function was missing but didn''''''''t bother to say anything and now we have the same fault 18 months later and sharp want 147 ponds plus parts to repair it, I forgot to extend the warranty so will have to pay for this to be done! my advice to any one buying one of these tv''''''''s (BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY)
