Servis M6702 Washing Machine

Machine lasted 3 weeks. Service engineer did not turn up. That was a wasted day off work. Turned up next day and could not identify the fault, so "took a guess" at the 2 pcb's. Advised 7 to 10 days for the parts to come in and be fitted. No contact from then on from servis uk. Their advisers just say "sorry, there is nothing we can do" when we ring them. This has now been going on for 5 weeks. Rang again today to complain and was told "give it another 10 working days to see if the engineer can get the part". What a total waste of time and money. Servis customer care is the worst I have ever experienced. Only buy one if you don't really need one.
