Servis M6614W Washing Machine

Servis has to be the WORST ever brand of home appliance ever. The machine was faulty from the get go with damaged feet to hold it in place not to mention an out of control spin cycle that makes it fly throughout the kitchen. Rang their engineers for a call out to fix the problem. Engineer did not turn up yet insisted he was waiting outside of my address! Then rang through to their telephone co-ordinator only to receive hostile insults and aggression! Then lumbered with a £30 charge because of their incompetence and inability to telephone beforehand to confirm appointment despite wasting more than a days wages to wait at home for an engineer not to arrive! Servis is absolutely appalling - please avoid at all costs if you wish you retain your money and your sanity!!!

Had washing machine 10 months , in that time it has been unuseable due to faults for 5 months. Service at Servis is disgusting, have waited in for days for engineer not to arrive, their service call centre staff are the rudest I have ever poken to and they dont/wont give any information. They have no complaints procedures and their complaints manager goes on lunch for 5 hours and doesnt return calls. My advice: Avoid like the plague!
