Good little radio. In France (Poitiers) I could get 5 Live and, just about ,World service. One thing I would have liked is to be able to see the station number in the dark,but no light. Even with no light one requires a good battery charger, the pre select takes a lot of juice. Good sound etc I have had mine 2 years or so and still ok. After sales service direct is VG!!!

Pros:

well,I guess the speaker is pretty nifty if you want to share.But nothings for nothing,battery life is a bit on the tight side.

Cons:

No panel light and pre set dicky.I sent it back once and they sent me a new one promptly.
