Philips 32PF9631D/10 Lcd Tv

Exellent tv, picture great. the only drawback is the programme menu on the remote control. Does not display a chart of available programes, have to scroll through each one. This is time consuming,and frustrating, it is available on all my other TV''s. I bought this Tv about 3 years ago and I hope that you have rectified this problem on the remote because I would consider my long term purchase of Philips TV''s not an ongoing thing. I have perused the instructrions at depth and can still not find a way to bring up a programme menu. Can you? I may have missed something.

I bought my 1st Philips 32PF9631d on October 4th 2006, 3 weeks later it developed a screen malfunction (when I switched the TV on the on screen colours were mixed up, i.e.. actors skin blue. Greens were red etc) The TV was replaced by shop and again 3 weeks later the same problem has occurred.
