Panasonic TUCTH100 Freeview 20-HOURS Video Recorder

This is a good receiver, and set up is very simple, as is finding pre-recorded programmes. The main problem with it is that setting timer recordings is hit & miss, with the machine sometimes deciding not to record anything at all. It is also quite noisy (think large old PC with fan and load hard-disk in your sitting room). It makes a constant noise, even when in standby. It has s/w problems known by Panasonic, which they aim to fix sometime Feb 06.
