Orion C14DVD30DT Tv/dvd Combo

I purchased 3 of these TV''s in one buy for the bedrooms, i wish i had never bothered. Firstly i had to return one of the TV''s as when on standby it kept making a clicking sound. Then with in 2 months of buy the TV''s the remote''s started to fail. One by one we ended up with no remotes. I have left 5 messages on the helpline number for some one to call me back so i can order replacements, and although they state the opening hours as 9 - 5 Monday to Friday the answering machine is always switched on and no one calls you back. The TV in it''s self is a great idea with less wires and plugs, but the remotes are truly rubbish.
