I have owned my Henry for at least sixteen years.I keep him clean and he serves me well.
It was always a sorce of amusement to see my grandaughter when a baby crawling across the floor,come face to face with Henry and coo at him.He's reasonably light to carry around and yet robust and powerful and has been constantly reliable.I've only had to replace the velcro strip in the floor tool(head?)once.I have recomended Henry to many people over the years.He's always had an A1 reference from me.

Pros:
Light,powerful and very reliable.Cheerful to work with.
Cons:
Needs an assessory to help glide over wood floors as fine scratches can occur.I have created my own.I also had difficulty in finding replacement velcro strips.A service centre insisted that I would have to purchase the entire floor tool.
