The drive has a secure partition but it''''s not supported under Mac OS X. A closer examination of the small print on page three of the manual shows a short note in italics saying "Although you can see two disks on Mac OS X, Secure disk (SD) is unusable. So that''''s it then, nice disk, shame about the principle feature not working on OS X . Then to add to the loss of functionality you also loose 700mb of disk space as well. At this point the cost benefit ratio looks pretty poor with a 1.3 GB standard flash drive costing £ 30 PS The secure feature not compatible with either of the Linux distro''''s I use either So it''''s another Windows only secure flash drive, and a very nice one at that.
