Just two years old and has needed repair twice - goodness knows how many more times it will need repair. This is a very expensive oven and I expected better.
What's even worse is the NEFF attitude to customer service. They really are the most difficult people imaginable to deal with. I used to think Dixons were bad - these guys are evn worse.

Being a fan of Neff products, I was most disappointed with this latest model. Previous experience with Neff plus the full range of additional features on this model was my main reason for purchasing. Unfortunately, I was very let down by a few of the features. When compared with other ovens on the market, I think the oven is very over-priced as many of the so-called additional features are already there.
