Brilliant Bread

I didn''t think I would use this much when I was given it as a present, but I wouldn''t be without it now. Only thing I''m not too happy about is the measures given in cups not grams, so I have converted them all to grams which I think is more accurate. Every loaf is a winner in my family. So glad I was given it.
