Three metre lead, gives some flexibility of movement. Sound seems quite acceptable, and buttons are positive. The handset is rather slim. I would have preferred something slightly wider, and easier to hold comfortably. I cannot comment on the software, since (rather stupidly) it is on a "midget CD" smaller than usual, which I cannot feed into my DVD drive at all, (no extending tray) I will have to load it into another, and copy it onto a standard size Cd, and will then if possible, update this review. Overall, it seems good value for money, although, if you are using skype/voip a lot, the size, and USB cable constraint may be something to consider.
